AMERICAN APPLIANCE SVC

Was glad repair was so prompt, was repaired same afternoon, & did not have buy new appliance! This is a 26 yr. old jenn-air refrigerator. He had the part on his truck & we were able to use debit card. The repairman/owner had 26 yrs. of experience. Wife involved w/ good customer service. Also, reasonable charges for repair- he had to deal w/ my extremely embarrassing MESSY house & could have added charges?!

It went great! Jim came the next day and knew exactly what to do. He had the part needed and was finished quickly. Very friendly and efficient. The price was significant but I received an itemized bill and the breakdown of the parts, labor, etc made sense. It also came with a complete warranty and I've had no problems since the repair.

Out of the three companies I was given, this is the only one that was willing to come out the same day I called. It was the day before Thanksgiving, and I was amazed they were so quick to get me in. Not only that, but they also had the lowest rates out of all of the companies I called. Once he arrived, he quickly addressed and repaired the issue with my dryer. While repairing my dryer, I mentioned I had an issue with my washer as well. He fixed this issue on the same visit and even gave me a discount. I was very satisfied.

Jim is a very good repairman. Does great work at fair prices. You can trust him to do the job right the first time. Highly recommend.

My husband was here when he came. He was on time. He did what he could and something I had forgot about. He was efficient and charged us a fair price.
