Description of Work: Dan was very through inspecting a house we were in contract for. This helped our confidence in buying. He was readily available and came the next day. Spent two hours walking us through house showing us every concern.

A Second Look Home Inspection, LLC offers the following services: We offer a complete home inspection service for buyers or seller. We provide a digital report following the completion of the inspection, that is emailed immediately to the client AND printed and placed in a binder. All inspections include photos of deficiencies and explanations. All deficiencies are explained fully to the client. Our inspection entitles the client to assistance in locating an appropriate contractor for repair. We remain available for questions following the inspection.
We do not offer pest control inspections. Those require a pest control license, but we can refer qualified pest control companies.
