+ -1 moreNot well. The company was more concerned about covering themselves than trying to see if there was anything they could do to help someone who had just lost everything in a flood. The may be competent under normal conditions but not in a tough spot. The only plus is that they didn't charge us for looking at it.
Description of Work: Needed them to look at a unit that had been in a flood to see if it could be rehabbed and let me know. They went out and did a brief inspection but never got back to me even after I called and asked for a report.

Description of Work: I called because our business a/c unit wasn't blowing cold. Came out, diagnosed the problem as a minor repair, fixed it, been running fine every since. Thorough, honest, open communication, highly recommend

+ -1 moreHad the company come in and examine our heat pump that was not working. The technician found the problem and made a few suggestions as how we could resolve the issue at hand. He suggested a solution and an estimate for the repair. We were very pleased with the company and the work performed.
Description of Work: Technician came in and found very quickly our problem with our heat pump.
