What he did do: work knowledgeably and efficiently to install the heater. He provided me with lists of parts, which I then found in town, paid for myself, and brought back. He removed the old heater (with my help), installed the new one, and did so withing 4 hours of arrival, even though it was a complicated install. What he did not do: go out, buy the parts himself and overcharge me for them. He allowed me to select the water heater, which, as I said above, is an unusual kind and hard to find without at least a week's wait for delivery to the retail store (Lowes had two in stock). He charged a fair rate, and only charged another half hours time for coming to do his estimate. From his visit to completed install took 46 hours. He was on time, ready to get started, and thoroughly professional throughout the process (even giving us advice about a leaky commode). Plumbers are often hard to find in Gilmer Co. WV, and this is a good one.

Plumber came on short notice, after hours. He was very helpful and stayed until the situation was fixed. He could have charged me more because I was at my wits end from not having water for 2 1/2 days but he was honest and only charged the service fee. I would use them again and recommend him as well.
