They were great. The crew was pleasant, professional, and efficient. They took a great deal of care to make sure the unit was leveled, secure, installed correctly and fully operational. They cleaned up everything and left the home looking like the unit had been there for years. The crew took care to insure we knew how to operate it and take care of it. If there was a grade higher than A, this company would get it from us.
Description of Work: After last year's power outages, we purchased a whole-house generator from Home Depot. Home Depot contracts with Genteck for their installations in this area.
