 + 0 moreThey said the bill would be only $16 more per month with Internet, but when my bill came, they prorated the current month and then charged a month in advance, and added many unmentioned fees. I would go elsewhere if I had a choice!
Description of Work: Frontier is the only ISP available where I live. There are no other providers that service my rural area. So I have no choice. They provide Internet and telephone services.

 + 0 moreI contacted Frontier. The service rep. did make an adjustment to my bill until they can supply me with a faster internet service. They basically said it will be sometime before this happens. Some days it works better than others.
Description of Work: I use Frontier internet and phone services. They are the primary one available in my service area. My internet is extremely slow at home. They say it is due to living in an area of high demand.

Description of Work: Added some items to the phone line and plugged in the router, adjusted the router.
