Professionally dressed cleaners called to inform me that they would be arriving soon and on time. They introduced themselves to me, and, as we walked through my residence, acknowledged exactly what I wanted them to do and what not to do. We talked briefly and informed me that they had been certified as professional carpet cleaners presenting me with their certificates. Their work was prompt, efficient and professional. Any and all over-sprays were quickly cleaned up. Upon completion, the "leader" asked me to do a walk-thru to check that all work specified was done and done to my satisfaction. I was then presented with the bill for services rendered. I paid and was tol "Thank You." A few days later, I received a follow-up phone call from the office asking me about the service rendered, my satisfaction and a "Thank You" again. The following month I received, in the mail, a coupon to be used for my next cleaning.

They did not clean some floors because they did not want to damage them. They were excellent. I thought they were going to clean between 8 and 10. They called me at 8:30 to let me know they were on the way. They showed up and did the work. They were professional and nice. They were neat and polite.

They were very professional, and did a fantastic job. I though their pricing was a little high. I would use them again.
