Very well. David himself with a helper were on time, worked on a trot roof and completed job as promised on time. Premises left clean after work was done.

His price was reasonable for what they did. He did a fine job and I am very satisfied with him. He is a very nice young man and was on time with everything. He did an excellent job and just came in and knocked the work out. He was very courteous and thorough when explaining everything. I will use him again in the future.

Mr. Turner came to my home and gave me ideas for the new deck. We discussed several options for materials. He measured and got an estimate back to me via email in a weeks time. It was very detailed and broke down the cost. The service was prompt, and if there was an issue with the weather or etc, he would call to let me know what was going on. They cleaned up the site very nicely after completing the job, I was impressed. Great work, I recommend and will use them again in the future.

I was very impressed from the beginning with David's professionalism and politeness. He worked hard to get the job, and was able to answer/address all of my concerns. He didn't try to pressure me to spend more than I needed to, and explained in detail what he would be doing to get the job done. I really appreciated the pictures he took as he worked on my roof, then sent in emails so I could actually see problems as they arose. I felt that this company was very fair in pricing, and went above and beyond. During the job the work site was kept clean, and after it was completed, you couldn't tell they had even been there, except for a nice new roof. I am extremely pleased with DE Turner, and would highly recommend the company.

DE Turner is a popular contractor and he's busy. His qaulity of work is very high so it's worth holding out for him to fit you into the schedule.

David arrived on a Saturday to investigate the problem we were experiencing with leaking water. Of all the contractors we called, he was the only one who wanted to see the basement to identify the originating leakage site. After a thorough analysis of the problem, he sent us a complete itemized breakdown with his very reasonable estimate. His estimate included more specific work and quoted us the most reasonable price of all professionals we spoke with. The work itself took place over a work week. As an outdoor project, the progress was hindered by mother nature, specifically a few rainy days. Despite the setbacks, the crew was courteous, respectful, and hard working. They used our garage to stage the woodwork sanding and painting and were cognizant and careful of our personal items housed there. Overall, the work was well executed. And our porch looks more beautiful than when we began, even though that wasn't the reason for the work. We've had a negative experience with many contractors in the WV area. They often don't show up, don't return phone calls, or do shoddy work. As DC commuters, we appreciate that David understands that our time is limited and that we have expectations of quality. We would definitely use David and his crew again.

In each situation, Mr. Turner came to my home for a consultation. He then completed a detailed estimate which outlined the work to be done and the cost for each phase of the work. During construction he was very willing to incorporate my suggestions into the projects, and he made many valid suggestions as to how to achieve the best result. He answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly. If additional costs arose during the project, he informed me promptly and explained the reason behind the costs. He rarely exceeded his estimate, and the overages were minor. He asked for payments in 3 phases: a third to start the project, a third after the project had been inspected, and a third after the project was completed. For each of the projects I listed I had gotten estimates from other contractors. Mr. Turner's estimates were always the most reasonable. In each situation, the craftsmanship was excellent. His crew cleaned up thoroughly before leaving the worksite.

Overall, considering having a huge repair done in our home which can be stressful, we are more than pleased with his workmanship and the repairs made our home look even better than before. It didn't take us long to realize we had found the best of the best. Our concerns were always heard and his dealings with us were always professional and at times calming. All his employees were considerate and hardworking. We would recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.
