satellite tv service
 + -1 moreWe called to cancel video/tv services and retain only internet with them. After a bit of back and forth, my husband was offered the video/tv service for only $2.99 more a month than the internet alone would have been. We wound up losing a few channels, mostly ones we never watched anyway. But then we also received several Premium HBO channels for a full year! I could care less about the few channels we lost. I am very pleased with getting HBO now. We found them responsive and extremely willing to work with us and make concessions. I used to feel very luke warm towards Comcast, however after this encounter, my opinion of them and their customer service has risen dramatically.
Description of Work: Gave us more for less. They kept us on their video/tv service by offering an unbeatable deal.
