Mr. Collins and his crew are totally professional in every way. Responded to my initial phone call in a timely manner. Showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. Professionally installed 50 feet of seamless gutter, including reinstalling my existing gutter guard. Corrected a separate corner piece of gutter that was sloped in the wrong direction by previous contractor. Very fair price for professional work and quality materials. Didn't try to "sell" me any addition work. I offer my highest recommendation for Mr Collins and his crew. Thank you Mr Collins & crew for excellent work and in turn reassuring me that excellent contractors do exist!!!!! Thank you Angie's list for providing a forum such as this.

Great price for a pretty good job. A little hard to get a hold of and communication needs to get better. Arrived a little late but once arrived work was done quickly. Would use again.

I called Collins Gutter Service when I was getting bids to replace my gutters. A few days later, Mr. Collins came out and gave me a very good price on removing old gutters, installing new ones. We set a date for the work, and that morning he and his crew were right on time. They were very professional, did a fabulous job, and cleaned up afterwards.

Contacted Collins Gutter Service on 5/15/14 and left message to call. Got no reply. Called again and he came out to review what needed to be repaired. He was going to replace several gutters and upgrading to a wider gutter because of the slant of the roof. He would also correct a couple of down spouts. The agreed upon price was $450 and the date of installation would be June 2 or June 3 subject to weather. Collins Gutter did not show up or call. I contacted him on June 3 and he said he was behind due to weather related issues. He agreed to come out June 5 or June 6. He arrived with his crew on June 5. They were very professional and neat. Spoke with Collins regarding adding gutter guard. My property has a line of trees meaning lots of leaves. He did not hard sell but did give the reasons for installing the gutter guard. I agreed and the whole project was $550 which I felt was very reasonable. The only issue was the communication but I am a patient person. I will use this company again without reservations

Due to a gutter replacement job done by another company that resulted in every gutter overflowing when it rained I needed to find another company to correct the problem. Using Angie's List to find someone to do the gutter repairs I fortunately hit the jackpot by finding Collins Gutter Service. Scheduling the job was easy. Monte Collins was the only company to contact me after I left a voicemail. This was only the beginning of finding that Monte is customer service oriented. He was able to provide an estimate based on my description of the problem. After scheduling an appointment that fit my schedule, he stayed in touch. He was able to change the appointment to a day earlier than originally planned. Prior to arriving he called me and gave me exact time information for his arrival. He immediately saw each of the problems without me pointing them out. He knows gutters! He replaced the 2x3 downspouts with 3x4 downspouts. This allows twice the ability for the gutter to empty and not overflow. The original company disagreed with me about putting-in 3x4 downspouts even after sending them photos of every gutter overflowing. Monte also adjusted some gutters that were angled incorrectly and sealed seams that had been left without any sealant. This was not in the original estimate and he did this out of pride in workmanship. He and his assistant worked efficiently and took the time to inspect all of their work prior to departing. The work area was cleaned and they took all of the old materials with them. He honored his telephone estimate. This company is a breath of fresh air in a world where most companies are all about doing jobs improperly to save a few dollars on their end. If you have issues with your gutters overflowing and/or holding water give Monte a call and I am sure he can solve the problem. I recommend Collins Gutter Service without reservation.

The performance of Mr. Monte Collins was outstanding. Considering the work done, the price was very reasonable. Mr. Collins was very prompt and professional in every aspect of his work. Also, he went the extra mile by trimming some tree branches that were against my drainage system at no additional charge. He also blew pine needles from the house, adjoining deck area, the walk in front of the house, and a portion of the driveway. I was impressed by his professionalism. I would recommend his service to other clients.

Couldnt be more happy with the outcome. Everything looks great. The team was professional and cleaned up all material before they left. They even took down the old electrical hookup on the side of the house as it was in the way of the downspout. The price was higher then I expected, but gladly paid for a job done like this. I have had my fill of incompetant contractors. Took them all of 3 hours to complete.

They were the only one to call me back to get a referral of an estimate and they kept in touch with me really good and I really like that. I would use them again in the future.
