+ -1 moreThe man who came out first was the owner. And he was great, very polite, very helpful. I really liked him, He answered all my questions, When the crew came out they were supervised by the owners son who did all the important stuff with the installation. Then the owner came back and checked it all out, overall they gave great service and I would use them again, I was also very happy as to the cost of the service, The cost was a lot lower than I thought it would be, They are very prompt and if you call them for any reason they get back to you quick and that really means a lot, If you want great, reasonable priced service from a company that treats you good this is the company to call. The work was done at 4112 McClellan Hwy. Midkiff WV

+ -1 moreality of the work If needed I would certainly use them again, and recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: My heating and air unit went out on what was probably one of the hottest days of the summer. I contacted Trumpet on the evening that I returned from work and found out my unit was out. They provided a very accurate estimate of repairs on the phone, the final cost was actually lower than the quote. They were at my home the next day, by the time I returned from work that day I had a new central heat and air unit with a 15 year warranty completely installed and running. They left absolutely no clean up for me I was extremely pleased and impressed with their service and the q

+ -1 moreThey were very prompt. It was in the middle of August and it was smothering hot. Our son was getting ready to go to Iraq so we were teasing him saying that we were getting him acclimated to the weather there because it was so hot for two days before he left here. They came in and replaced it the day he was leaving. They were in and out in one day. We haven't had any problems with the unit. We have been very happy with it. It was a good price for the unit we got.
Description of Work: Trumpet Heating & Cooling installed a heating and air-conditioning unit in the house. The duct work already existed. They just replaced the furnace and the outside air-conditioner with the one unit.
