+ -1 moreThe house isn't done yet. I've had to spend extra money on lawyers, etc. I still have not received the settlement we agreed upon. This has been an absolute nightmare. I just wanted to warn other members of his service. I would give them a Z.
Description of Work: We signed a contract for $230,000 to build a log home- fireplaces, basement, etc. That was the price for the package and labor. He was going to work on the outside and I would be working on the interior. The sub contractors he hired performed sub standard work. He quit working on the project. He just walked away. I went through 2 different lawyers before I got one that wanted to pursue it. I kept calling and calling to get in touch with him. We made a $50,000 settlement in the end. Everything in the house that he did has had to be repaired, rebuilt and replaced.
