+ -1 moreStutler's is a business you can trust; The repairman displayed a vast amount of knowledge about repair, and he even explained each step as he worked diligently to save my old washer.
Description of Work: I had a really terrible experience with a previous repair company, and was sitting with a washer that would not work and I had paid for a repair:was given run-a-round by previous company.I had been washing tons of laundry by hand, and I needed to get washer repaired or buy a new one. I called Stutler's and Tim came out promptly after advising he would not charge if he could not fix. He worked long and hard to repair my washer, but finally diagnosed it as unfixable. He was polite and engaging! He would not take money for even the part he put on, as he wanted to keep his promise. Well I plan to pay him back using word of mouth to tell folks in the area how trustworthy his company is.

+ -1 moreMy refrigerator started blowing warm air about two days prior. I then went to Lowes to price new units. I asked the Lowe's rep iof she knew of any repair companies. She did a google search and found Stutler. This is the best company that has every came to my home.
Description of Work: The technician promptly called before arriving and showed up when promised and diagnosed the problem. My refrigerator needed to be replaced. He did not even charge me as other local companies would have.
