+ -1 moreJason had a detailed form that I was able to use to designate what was wrong with the computer. (He was not in the office at the time I went in.) He called me once he had seen the form to be sure that it was OK for him to take apart the computer, which I OK'd. He also called me before ordering the new part to be sure that was OK, and gave me an estimate on when the work would be finished. The computer was ready on time and he called me to let me know that. He stayed late at work so that I could pick up the computer at my convenience.
Description of Work: I had spilled a large amount of coffee on my laptop. My plastic protector saved my keyboard, but the coffee went into the touch pad and ruined it. Jason ordered the correct part, removed the damaged part, and installed the new part. He also noticed that the CD-ROM drive had gotten dirty from the spill, and cleaned it for me, as well as cleaning the case where the coffee had stickied it up.
