Alltek was awesome, workers so up on time was very friendly. The completed the work sooner than they anticipated. The quality of their work I was very pleased with. I would recommend them to anyone.

I hired Alltek to clean my duct work and dryer vent and paid them 900.00. After just a few months, all my vents were dirty again and I also paid, I think it was 95.00, to have my dryer vent cleaned. Our dryer kept running and running to dry a load after we had them there so my husband checked the vent that was supposed to be cleaned by Alltek and it was packed so full, he had to use an auger to get the lint out. I’ve contacted Alltek and they have not responded. The customer service is a bad as the service. I wish I could add pictures to show how dirty my vents still are and the pounds of lint we pulled from the vent Alltek was supposed to clean. I will not hire them again.

I hired Alltek to install a drainage system in my crawlspace. This company was very helpful and the quality of the work was awesome. The salesman came to my house, explained everything in detail and the estimate was FREE! I had gotten estimates from other companies and Alltek was by far the cheapest but the quality of the work was shocking. They were able to start my job within weeks of the estimate and when the workers showed up they were prompt and very friendly. They put a drainage system in with a sump pump and fully encapsulated the space. I would highly recommend Alltek for any of your basement or crawlspace needs. While they were here I also learned they do roofs and other misc jobs. I will be calling them for my roof replacement next. Great company and employees

Do not hire this company. I hired Alltek back in August when I bought my home with a 203k fixer upper loan. They initially estimated the project, which included a total kitchen & bathroom remodel as well as some other smaller jobs, would take 5 weeks. Well, the job ended up taking >15weeks & the quality was very poor. They left multiple areas unfinished in each room they worked on- doors that won’t hinge, shelving not rehung in closets, trim & windows unpainted. Then the work they did finish was subpar at best- patchy painting, cracking grout, cracking caulk, uneven drywall. But the part that angers me the most is how they treated my 100+yr old home. They damaged the original heart pine wood floors in my kitchen by not protecting them during construction. They hung drywall over the plaster rather than repair the plaster itself. When they did this, they left the baseboards & crown molding attached to the plaster, which caused the drywall to overhang the trim in areas- this looked absolutely ridiculous & I ended up paying a different contractor to come fix their issue. Honestly, I should have made them fix multiple areas of their work but I just wanted them out of my house by the end of the project. All pictures are after Alltek had “completed” their work.

If I could place a zero star for the service...I would. I'm extremely disappointed in service that company provided. I hire Alltek Environmental Services in June 2019 to repair foundation at my house. Alltek had a formal report from Solid Ground Consulting Engineers to follow for the repair of foundation. One page of the Alltek contract without too many details or drawings on the job description, put me to the price of 48K. Project been completed with significant damage of the landscaping ( to be anticipated for that drastic type of repair). The cleaning after repair was finely semi-done by the company. Placement of the air-conditioner outside was done incorrectly, and I had to hire additional personal to resolve this issue. The rest was assure , that I'm getting lifetime warranty of the repair. " If such displacement does occur , we will correct the problem at our expense". Last week, suddenly noticeable water presence in the storage area and the back of the house ( that I did not have any of this issues prior this foundation repair) , raise my concern. I call Mike Primus( person in charge of the project), who dedicate additional stuff member to come and make the assessment. Well... I got report alright ..states that “additional installation of the pump, 41 lft of multi flow in basement, removal hvac and hot water tank and reinstallation, plus additional outside drain 50lf”, will cost me $9,200. Seriously??!!! Why it was not done last year ?? It was not included in the project? You couldn’t anticipate that in advance??? Why? Why? Why? I called Mike back and questioning him about the report. Why this issues arise now, 8months after original repair, that I was assure that everything done appropriately. Mike response was .. he will be there at the property to recheck, what needs to be done and get back to me and he promise “ he make it right” . Unfortunately for me, he never show up, never had curtesy to call or text back.. Just vanished... I don't know much about the foundation. I don't know much about construction business. I'm a physician. But, what I do know, that if company make a promise and company made the mistake, its has to be fixed ..or at least have a decency to get back with some reasonable explanation. If I would take care my patients, the way this company take care me, this would not be acceptable practice! Now, I will have to hire somebody else to repair, what Alltek Environmental Services have done or have not done. Moral of my` story.. I would NOT recommend anyone this company for foundation repair. Please, look some place else. This is just a bad business in my book……

Alltek completed the mold remediation for me today and installed plastic in both of my crawl spaces. I can't wait to get the final pictures from them to upload here so you can see what difference their treatment made for my houses. I WAS SHOCKED at the results of the remediation that they provided. They showed up to the job early (which doesn't happen very often) and got right to work. They completed both jobs in ONE DAY and the crawl space is now the cleanest and most attractive in the entire neighborhood, I'm sure. The wood of my floor joists and the walls of the crawl space are immaculate and look BRAND NEW. Not only is the mold gone, but the dirty dingy look of an almost 100 year old home's crawl space has completely vanished. Understand something about mold remediation people, not all companies are created equal. Alltek offers a superior service at a fair price and will leave you feeling like you've truly treated the problem, not just covered it up. I would highly recommend Tommy and Alltek Environmental Services for any kind of mold treatment.

They were very reliable from start to finish of the project. To meet my need to get the project done as quickly as possible. They scheduled it around another project and gave me a more then reasonable time line to get the work done. Most importantly they communicated with me throughout. Alltek is a reliable company and I would use them for projects in the future.

They are hard working, polite, and very impressive. They cleaned up as they worked. The service was preformed in less time than originally planed. Their prices was more than fair. I highly recommend Alltek. Good help is hard to find, you won't be disappointed with Alltek.
