I was scheduled to meet him on Tuesday at 5pm but at 4pm I was called and told he was held up and needed to reschedule for 5 on Wednesday. He came out to look at the property and talked with my husband and immediately mentioned that we must like nice cars because of the cars he saw in the garage. Then first quoted my husband $5k for 215 ft of fencing that was just a straight line with no gate. My husband said that's not going to work, then Roger said, oh wait, if you think that was bad you better grab a chair, that price was for wood not vinyl. The vinyl will be $8600. I was pretty disappointed considering the person I scheduled with told me their prices are much lower than Lowes.

They came out to give an estimate for a new privacy fence. The new privacy fence was going to be moved over a couple feet from where it originally was and the chain link fence would need to be extended as well to meet up to the new privacy fence. We made this point several times during our meeting and he agreed and gave us a fair estimate. After the new privacy fence was installed he came to collect but the chain link fence part of the job we agreed to had still not been completed. He said he did not remember us requesting the chain link be connected to the privacy fence. After a few phone calls and discussions with them they finally came out and finished the chain link extension. It took longer than I would have liked but it looks good and I am happy to have it completed.

The initial meeting went wrong, because the lady who answered the phone wrote down the wrong address. After waiting, and finally calling again, he came out about an hour after the scheduled time and provided an estimate. We got the estimate for the 15X15 chainlink and for a privacy fence. My advice, make her repeat back your phone number and address. He was very knowledgeable and gave some suggestions. I wanted to keep the price down as much as possible and he gave suggestions on how to do that. After talking to him, I definitely understand fencing a lot better! He ended up coming back a second time because I wanted to make some changes to the original chainlink design. This was on a Wednesday. That following Monday they installed the fence posts for the chainlink (we decided to hold off on the privacy fence due to it being too costly (42 ft for $1,000 approx.)) and on Wednesday (after the cement at the bottom of the posts had dried completely) they came back to install the remainder. Each time they were there approximately 1.5 hrs, so it went fairly fast. The fence, which we are using as a dog kennel, looks great and is exactly what we wanted! Before hiring Wood County Fence I had checked prices at other places, and this was the cheapest. Once we decide to put in the privacy fence, we will most likely use them again!

Very prompt in meeting and in providing estimate and also prompt in scheduling the work. Provided suggestions on design. Very professional.

They did a very good job. I would give them all A's, they were really good. The price was very reasonable. I have recommended them to couple of friends.

It went very well. Wood County Fence company made a custom fence gate at 1/3 the price of Alcoa Fence (never use them) and instead of just using bolts, Wood County Fence actually welded the frame, a much better job then when I used Alcoa in Vienna. Also, they sold me 15 foot of fence for 3 dollars a foot compared to 5 dollars a foot that Alcoa fence wanted to charge. I will use Wood County Fence in the future if I ever have the need.
