I didn't have any problem with them. I would recommend them. They were reasonable.

I had two faucets that were leaking. One pretty bad. The plumber recommended by Water Works came, fixed the problem and told us to call him if the leaks started again. I would use either again because they returned my calls and provided the service they promised.

I have used this company in the past and was totally satisfied with all aspects of their service. However, I called them to set an appointment for some rental property that had "sewer" smells in the bathroom. I called on Friday, spoke with the owner and he said he would call the renter. When he didn't call, I called him back on Saturday and left a message: no response. I called him again Monday morning and he still has not responded. I have called another plumber and will not use this company again.

I had a major leak in an outside fixture. My first knowledge of it was getting a water bill for $252. I called Waterworks at 11 am on 8/5. They were there in 2 hours, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in less than 4 hours. The serviceman, Roger, was pleasant, professional and competent. They realized the urgency of my need and more than met it.I certainly reccommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

They were really good. They did a good job. I was satisfied with them.
