carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreThey wanted to come 3 hours earlier then appointed time and I said no. I choose the time because that what would work for me. Tech said great I have to wait half the day to do your carpet my morning canceled. Upon arrival tech said my carpet was to stained and could not promise that stains could be removed. I understood that when I made this appointment. I knew the stain would not come out I just wanted it so my carpet would be clean for my children to play on,. He acted like he did not even want to clean my carpet. Had him just leave. So my carpets were never cleaned by this company. I thought the job of a carpet cleaning company was to clean my carpet. I understood when I called and set this cleaning up that my stains would not come out. I told the customer service person on the phone that I had lots of stains and i knew they would not come out just wanted my carpet sanitzed so my children could play on it. Seemed like the tech could not get it thru his head that it was okay I knew they would not come out.All I have to say is if you use this company do not have dirty stainded carpet they must just want to clean carpet that is perfect.

 + -1 moreThey did everything very good and I was happy with them. They were here when they said they would be and called before coming. I plan to call them again to have clean my carpets.
