LOWE'S

I purchased a new gas stove for my elderly mother through Lowe's which included installation. They did not require carbon monoxide testing after installation. My mother, who suffered from heart and kidney disease, and my children and I were exposed to extremely high levels of carbon monoxide. My mother was hospitalized and died three weeks later as a result. Lowe's and Whirlpool refused to take responsibility. Whirlpool's response to my claim was "This is not a million dollar claim" because my mother had existing health conditions. Ultimately, Lowe's and Whirlpool did nothing to remedy the situation - not even pay for funeral expenses. I will NEVER purchase from Lowe's or Whirlpool ever again!!!! Please boycott these companies in support of my mother.

The experience went as expected. They estimated 2 weeks to replace the flooring in the whole house and they did not disappoint. they cleaned up everyday as they finished and then when the work was done all I had to do was have the furniture that I had ordered moved in. All other furniture was moved by the installer and put back as they finished a room.

The staff seems to know where everything is and they know exactly what I am looking for. It's convenient from where I live.

They were real good and cleaned up after themselves. They did their work in a timely fashion and we were real pleased with them. I will work with them again.
