+ -1 moreIt is expensive, but I didn't find anyone which is reliable enough to switch. Every quarter we go there. Their quality is pretty good. It usually takes about one hour to complete the oil change. The waiting room is very congested. They have very small waiting rooms. They do a good job, the only thing is, it's expensive, but otherwise, all the other things are fine.
Description of Work: I just had an oil change.

Description of Work: Service was so poor, I filed a report with VW of America. My first three visits in general,to Larry Simmons were not pleasant. Parts were not ordered for my transmission, my extra key was keyed wrong causing computer problems. In general I cannot recommend Larry Simmons. Sitting in the waiting area, listening to other customers complaints was proof enough for me. I now use an independent mechanic for repairs. Barbara S. Welch

+ -1 moreInitially, I was told that it would take 1 to 2 days to get an answer from the manufacturer. I called back several times over the course of a week and after a week I was told it could take up to a week for a conclusive answer from the manufacturer. After three weeks, I contacted the manufacturer directly about the warranty claim. Within a day, I had an answer back from the manufacturer that the claim was denied based upon the evaluation of the windshield crack from the dealership (dealership claimed that the windshield crack was caused by road debris). I just had the windshield replaced by an auto glass installer. The auto glass installer could not find any evidence of road debris causing the crack.
Description of Work: Contacted the dealership regarding a warranty claim for a cracked windshield on a vehicle that was 10 months old. The windshield cracked overnight while the vehicle was parked. The dealership was not very responsive to my requests and I had to call back multiple times. Eventually, I had to talk to the manufacturer directly.

+ 0 moreThe salesmen were very friendly. We agreed on a price late one evening. I gave them a deposit and said I'd be back the next day after work. The paperwork process went very smoothly and they didn't try to sell me anything extra. My mileage wasn't what the sticker said so I made a service appt and took my car in to be looked at. They we're very nice when I picked it up and of course there was no charge because of warranty. No problems found and they said as I got a few more miles on the car, the mileage would improve. Which it has. This is the second car I've purchased from Larry Simmons.
Description of Work: Was in the market for a new car. After doing research online I had decided on the Mazda 5 and went to Larry Simmons Mazda to make that purchase.
