We waited SIX WEEKS after we requested (in writing on 5/29) a phone call back once we received our estimate (that was done about a week prior) for between $12,000 and $13,000. We simply wanted to fine-tune some unclear details, re-arrange some priorities and see when the work could be started. NOTHING...the call never came, nor did follow-up emails. Apparently our job wasn't big enough? I really don't know, all I know is we waited 6 weeks for nothing...our landscaping remains untouched. We were forced to take our business elsewhere and have wasted nearly the entire summer without our yard having it's huge facelift. VERY disappointed! When we alerted Greenscape that they lost our job and exactly the reason why, "Jen" made it abundantly clear that it just didn't matter. That the best excuse was that it had "rained so much they were 3-4 weeks behind"...and we were being "hostile". We're not hostile...we're just not happy that a locally owned business who we thought would be upstanding, just didn't care enough to follow through, and we took the time to voice our displeasure to them. Further noting that phone calls could have been made during rainy days with little to no effort expended. They didn't like that part...well, neither did we, but bad business practices should be ear-marked so others won't waste their time and/or money. Fortunately, no money changed hands. We gave this place a very fair chance, sadly we had to take our money elsewhere and have to now wait until the END of summer to have this large project completed just in time for winter to steal away the beauty we hoped to achieve this year. **Punctuality deserved a "D" instead of an "F" because they did in fact, show up for the estimate.

Beautiful results. I would use their services again. Attention to detail by owners. Quality work in a reasonable time period. No problems at all.
