Description of Work: Everything began well. But they seemed to damage equipment during repair and then want to charge me to fix it. They also failed to make a back-up disc of important embroidery designs and I lost hundreds of dollars worth of embroidery designs because they forgot to save the information as I had requested. I had a computer repaired there that I needed a back-up disc for and they would not provide one unless I paid another $100.00. I asked to return some printer cartridges I had not opened because I changed printers and they refused to give me a refund even though the cartridges were sealed. I had really liked these folks and had taken boxes of donuts to them. They were definitely only interested in making money rather than giving Quality Service. Sorry to have to write such a dismal review, but I was very disappointed in their reliability and service. I am still searching for a trustworthy computer repair person! ( NOTE: The dates given and the cost of service are only a guess. I would have to find my actual bill to give you the exact date and charges.)
