They came and replaced an existing toilet with a new, water saving toilet that we had purchased. they arrived on time and handled the change-out very quickly. We haven't had any problems with the new toilet since it was installed. Very pleased with the service that we received.

The water from my second story bathroom had stopped draining all together and no amount of snaking the pipes would clear the lines. They removed the old drain lines and replaced them and everything worked perfectly. No leaks and no more backed up drain lines!

We had a copper water line which sprung a leak at the shut off valve. All that needed to be done, was that part of the pipe needed to be cut out, and a new shut off valve put on. I needed the job done relatively quickly because we had a 2 year old daughter, and we needed reliable water in the house. I called Dugan, and he was in a hunting blind. He was listed as a "master plumber". He assured me he would be out after 1 pm to look at the problem. I left the house. My wife calls me at 11 am, and said the plumber was there. I dropped what I was doing and got back to the house. It was not Mr. Dugan, it was someone he had sent. The line was a half inch line. He didn't have that size copper? He went back to Parkersburg (we lived in St. Marys). He comes back, goes downstairs, and starts hammering on the pipe.....BEFORE HE TURNED OFF THE WATER AT THE STREET! Yep, you guessed it, water spraying everywhere, and my wife had to clean it up. He has now busted the pipe, and he realizes that he does not have a propane torch. Back to Parkersburg, AGAIN. He comes back to the house and cannot get the piece removed which he needs to replace. The piece is adjacent to the cement wall in the basement. He wants to take a sledge hammer and bust up the wall. At this point, Im done. I call Dugan, and he assures me he will come out the next day and take care of it. So, the next morning I call him......HE CAN'T COME OUT! He gives me a lame excuse that he just had surgery, and I reminded him that when I called him he was in a hunting blind! Found someone else who thankfully came right out and fixed the problem in about an hour and a half. NEVER EVER call this guy.

I called asked them to come out to replace a section of copper pipe that was under my stairs. It had a turn off valve. They came at 4pm and said they would come back the next day to the work since they would need to turn off the water from the outside. they came back the next day and called the water company to turn off the water. The water valve outside was stuck so the water co had to dig up my yard and fix that. So the plumber had to come back again later that day. Finally was able to fix which took about 1 hr to fix. They took the copper pipe with them. I felt they should have left it. And they charged me 296.00. The pipe part cost 50.00. I felt they over charged me. I won't be calling them again. Way to expensive for me.
