Description of Work: I have a Bosch clothes washing machine that was showing a code that did not appear in the literature that came with the machine. The door was locked closed. They came the day they were called. Needed to order a part. That part arrived the next day. They then came back to install the part. Ran the machine through the complete cycle. Has worked like new since they did the repair. I will call them again when I need help. Their charges were very low!

Description of Work: My ice maker would make ice a couple of times and then quit for a few days. I called Mr. Drain and he set a time and arrived promptly. He determined that the ice maker needed to be replaced and returned the following day to install it. While he was there he cleaned the coils and checked other parts of the refrigerator. Very professional and showed up when he said he would. I would recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: We had an issue with an icemaker in an older model refrigerator. We called on Monday, and they arranged to come Tuesday morning. They called Tuesday and gave us an arrival time. They arrived when they stated they would. They did a very thorough diagnosis and fixed the main problem and a possible contributing item. They were not my first choice. But, they will be in the future.

Description of Work: After a horrible experience with with a Sears service contract for our Kenmore (Whirlpool) refrigerator, I contacted Drain Appliance and they came out the same day! They had to revisit the repair for a second problem which they very quickly fixed. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED OUR GAS DRIER VERY QUICKLY. CAME AT APPOINTED TIME,CLEANED UP THE WORK AREA AND ALSO I WAS REPLACING A THERMOCOUPLER IN THE WATER HEATER AND HE FINISHED THAT JOB FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGEAND RELITE THE PILOT LITE

Description of Work: Repaired a gas clothes dryer by replacing a sensing device. He was knowledgeable, actually arrived a little early, and finished his work promptly.
