 + 0 moreGreat - excellent job, prompt and professional. We like that the carpets dry rather quickly with no sopping wet feel immediately after clearning. After drying, some old stains in the hallway re-appeared; we called and they returned the next day to reclean that area at no charge. Will definitely use again!

 + -1 moreCaptain Steamer's crew did a good job. We recently purchased a home with light colored (off white) carpet. The carpet was dirty and stained but we did not have the money to immediately replace it. We hired Captain Steamer to clean the carpet not knowing what to expect. Captain Steamer's people communicated well, arrived promptly and did a very good job for us. The caprets are much cleaner and 95% of the stains were removed. I was impressed with the results. We will use them again.
