Bobby and his son were nice and efficient. They knew their business!

.There was some miscommunication about the time they would arrive but that was a minor inconvenience. They were courteous and professional and went right to work. Because of the house's drain system, the job was more involved than anticipated. They explained the reasons the job was taking longer than what they said. Due to the nature of the clog, there was water on the floor when they finished, but it was in an unfinished basement so nothing was damaged. They offered to clean up but we have dealt with water previously and my wife did not see any need to have them spend more time at the job. We are very satisfied with the results and will definitely use their services again, if needed.

The sink now drains like it should. I am very happy with the results.

I got his name from a plumber from Angie's List. The referral method certainly in this case worked out very well. I will continue with Bobby's Drain Cleaning in the future, in a timely way per Bobby's recommendation. This is the real deal--the good guys!

The job went very well. He was a really nice guy. He took the time and did the work and even called me back the next day to see if everything was working fine. He seemed like a pretty honest and good guy. I would recommend him and would use him again in the future if necessary.
