From the time that we first contacted Connie, we knew that we had found a realtor who was professional, knowledgeable, and someone who really listened and cared about us as her clients. She was especially helpful since we currently live in Las Vegas, NV and were looking for a property on which we could build a new home. Connie even went far above and beyond with her willingness to send us pictures and videos of prospective properties, as well as helping us with contact information to assist with establishing utility services for the property that we purchased. Connie was always very friendly and made us feel like we were her only client. Trust me when I say that you can never go wrong selecting Connie Childress as your agent, which is definitely the case if you are selling, buying, or both!!

+ -1 moreThe company was very accomadating and good to deal with. Nice people overall and as a whole they were very polite and professional. Went with us to all the closings and meetings with the loan company. We were going from one state to another and the realtor seemed very knowlegable about the other state laws.
Description of Work: She showed us several homes and was able to do a lot emailing and scanning since we weren't able to get there. We bought a home from them.

+ -1 moreI contacted PrudentialPreferred Homes the first company of four that you provided from Angie's List. Sadie sent me a couple nice MLS Real Estate maps of Wood County, the target area in West Virginia where we were searching for apartment rentals. Sadie referred me to Gayle at Old Colony Real Estate, the real estate rental expert. With the Wood County map and a list of local realtors from the area I managed to come up with an Apartment, took three(3) days . The average time to find an apartment in this area is thirty four(34)days. I would highly recommend Angiie's list to any person looking for the best service available anyplace in the USA.
Description of Work: The provider referred me to the best realtor in Wood County on rentals, Gayle @ Old Colony Real Estate, only a few doors down the street. This was confirmed by two other realtors and another individual in town when I was searching for an apartment.

+ -1 moreWe listed our home with Prudential Preferred Homes Agent Barbara Kirsch. Barbara arrived at our home and brought the necessary paperwork with her. We did not have to go to her office to sign papers! She took beautiful photos of the house, listed it with a Virtual Tour and a classified advertisement in the newspaper. It was listed for 14 days when we received 2 offers! Barbara also guided us through the whole selling, explaining the process step-by-step and we closed on the date stated on the contract. Barbara has also been helping us on the purchase of our new home which will be closing this week. We cannot say enough about her professionalism and kindness! We feel as though we've made a great friendship. She has been especially wonderful with our daughter! We HIGHLY recommend Barbara Kirsch and Prudential Preferred Homes!!!

As a listing agent (getting our house sold) Mrs Kirsch provided the following services: -arrived promptly as promised -provided quality photos of our home for advertising purposes -advertising using Virtual Tour, Sunday newspaper advertisement and local home magazine -provided pricing comparable for accurate price listing of our house. -scheduling a walk through with other agents from Prudential Preferred Homes -scheduling viewings with at least 24 hour notice given to us -friendly & easy communication between buyer's agent and us. -explaining to us the steps toward closing on the house -arrived promptly on day of closing and offered introductions between both parties -Kind, friendly and professional service! As a buyer's agent (getting us into our new home) -provided home listings that met our list of requirements -scheduled viewings to fit in our schedule -arrived to all showings on time -answered the questions we had or would obtain the answers to those questions in a timely manner -friendly & easy communication between us and seller's agent -kind, friendly and professional service!
