+ 0 moreSteve and his helpers were very considerate...putting down floorcoverings when bringing in and taking out the temporary tank and when installing the Navien. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and careful. We had no complaints.
Description of Work: We had a standard type water heater that decided to "die", leaking and spraying water inside the closet in which it was located and beginning to leak out into the hallway....it was a Sunday and fortunately we were home. My husband had to turn off the water to the house. We had looked at Steve Bailey's tankless water heater display at the annual Home Show earlier in the year, and since we had to replace the water heater, we called Steve. Even though it was Sunday, he stopped by, fixed the piping so that we at least had cold water, and talked with us about the sizes, brands, etc. of the tankless heaters. Also, he realized that, although it would be a couple of days before he could get the one we decided on, he had a regular water heater in storage that he had taken out of another customer's house because she wanted to go to the tankless kind. Steve was very nice and offered to bring and put that heater in, temporarily, until he could get the tankless on, so that we would have hot water. The following day, Monday, he was kind enough to do that, then installed a Navien brand tankless heater later in that week.
