+ -1 moreThe provider was able to schedule me next-day when I called to make an appointment. I was scheduled for an "AM" appointment, and he phoned about 8:30 am on the day of the appointment to get directions to my house, and to let me know he would be there in about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, he unloaded his hoses, connected them to the tank, and started pumping. When the liquid had all been removed, he used spray from my water hose to break up clumps of solids at the bottom of the tank, and remove them as well. He did a brief inspection of the tank to see if there were any problems with it, and as it turned out I have a non-critical flaw in the incoming baffle wall. (Nothing I can or need to do about it, but still good to know, I suppose.) He then used my water hose to spray down his vacuum hoses, and collected payment. I paid with credit card -- nice that he accepts cards. (If a cash discount were available, I would have paid with cash.) He gave me a fridge magnet and a bottle of septic tank starter / conditioner. Overall, he did exactly what needed to be done, and charged precisely what he said he would when I scheduled the appointment. (FYI, I did call a few other providers in the area, and the only other one that I managed to get on the phone was $9 more.)
Description of Work: Pumped 1000 gallons of septage from a 4' x 8' concrete septic tank, used truck vacuum system to remove as much solids from the bottom of the tank as was possible, and replaced the lid.

Description of Work: My wife and I bought a home and had to have the tank emptied. Called AAA and he came out on time, found the tank, got the lid off and pumped it out. He found a baffle missing and told me that it needed replaced. Very helpful.
