I have rarely been through such a stressful experience as I had with Morris. I've told you most of what you need to know above. Just don't use him. He may not introduce himself at first so look out for a fat man with dark hair and something wrong with his left eye.
Description of Work: Morris Small is one of the "gypsy" type of workers who will show up at your door without being invited. He first indicates that he has some "leftover" asphalt, sealant, or hardener in his truck and needs to use it up. Sometime his workers will start to apply the paving material before you even agree to have it done. He does do nice looking work, but every time you talk to him during the process the price jumps steeply--and of course you only learn that when the work is close to done. He assures a two-year warranty the first time he starts work, but afterward stresses that you cannot let anyone else touch the driveway without voiding the warranty. This is, of course, legal but also puts you in a deal with the devil, Morris. If Morris shows up at your door tell him to get the h*** away from your house. Otherwise he will find a way to rip you off. Hire an established contractor instead. Even if it costs more, they will guarantee a set price ahead of time, and not panic you by constantly raising the cost like Morris did to me.
