Company was o.k. on the construction portion of the project. Even though the room addition was about three square feet smaller than quoted. Once completed, this created many issues in furnishing and staging the room. Renovation also required that they alter our heating system by moving an existing heater and re-installing it into the gas hot water heating system. When they were finished many of the rooms in our home had no heat. When they were called back to correct the problem. They worked for a couple of hours and then left without resolving the issues. It cost us an additional $500 to fix their mistake. Also, they did not pay attention to detail. Painted walls had random areas with little or no paint. They scraped some areas of the newly painted walls when installing a gas fireplace and did not touch them up. Ceramic tile installation in the kitchen left several areas with gaps between the tile and floors and/or counter tops. They installed new gutters that provide less water recovery than the 30 year old ones that they replaced. We have several aresa where rainwater overflows from the gutters and it is causing erosion near the foundation of our home. Now we will need to call in another company to correct this problem and will have more out-of-pocket expenses. We will not use this company again.
