I contacted Jaison after being referred by my brother who had Jaison remodel his bathrrom several years back. Upon meeting Jaison, I liked him and his price beat the next lowest estimate I received by $2500. However, it was all downhill from there. It took several prompts to get Jaison to provide a written estimate and I never received a price for the plumbing stack I needed replaced despite repeated requests for it. Again, he required several prompts to schedule me and then, when he did, he scheduled me two weeks in advance--not enough time for materials to be ordered and arrive. Many times I texted and emailed him questions, many went unanswered. When the time came for the rescheduled installation date, roughly three months after the initial estimate, he did not show nor did he return my call that day. I guess when he initially told me he wants to eventually close his business to focus on his soccer coaching full-time, I should have taken that as a hint he does not care about his business anymore.

He did a beautiful job and the railings look great. However, not even 6 months after he finished the work the railings have come loose and come off of the wall. We found that he only used finishing nails to attach the railings and that he didn't hang them through studds, only drywall. We have called him since January asking that he repair the damage and he won't even return our calls.
