Description of Work: An estimate was scheduled for a repair and a refinishing of the hardwood floors in my house. The tech never showed up and never called to say he would be late and why. If you cant make the appointment you cant have my business.

Description of Work: I have a light Berber carpet and have it cleaned about every year. English has done an outstanding job in both cleaning and protecting bottoms that touch the carpet. My last cleaning included a "since you're here" request to clean 12 dining chairs ... which they did and the outcome was great. Very nice folks to deal with -- quite professional and knowledgeable.
