 + -1 moreThey are very punctual and had reasonable prices. They were very personable. We had some issues when he was removing the roof it started to rain. The rain started leaking into our home, and we called them. They were here within an hour and a half to see what he could do to fix it. They are very considerate. I take my children to the bus stop, and they would not pull their equipment in until I had taken my children to the bus stop and came back.
Description of Work: He fixed our leaking carport roof.

 + -1 moreIt was terrible. He was never on time. Goofed off at work. Sprayed water hoses inside the house as a joke. Do not let this man near your wallet or home.
Description of Work: Kitchen, living room, office remodeled. Porch and porch roof added. Tile floors put down in two bathrooms. Tile flooring is cracking now and coming up. Ceiling of porch is falling down. Porch boards are coming up. D. Kitzmiller Construction was a terrible choice. David Kitzmiller was never on time and usually left early. David Kitzmiller said it would take about three months and said the work would cost $30,000. He was always late and would take off early and when he didn't finish his work on time he asked for more money. David bought the supplies from a local store then charged double for them when using them. He also kept any leftovers and sold them again to new customers after the job was over. When we asked him to fix the job he laughed. DO NOT ever hire this man. He is a joke to the construction business.
