They came when we weren't here. We had them coming out, and they never could find our place, and they did the wrong place the last time.The persons who house they did, I guess they went down and told them about it and they canceled us without us knowing because somebody cussed them out.It was probably the lady who house they were spraying. I'd probably give them all F's. We had a year contract with them. They'd come every two months and spray.They made it to our house. I sent for my daughter to come and wait for them and the last time they didn't make it, but then they got back to my daughter and they never came.Then we moved here, and I told them no, don't come back, we don't want you back here right now.When they did come and we were here and we gave them directions and we called them and then the next day they didn't show up.We called to ask why you didn't show up, and they said oh we canceled you and we asked why and they said because you cussed the guy out, and I said we were in California, how can we cuss him out they went to the wrong house. So later they wanted to say we'll reinstate you and we just said never mind forget it. They sent us back the one month that was left of the money. They kept on having a hard time finding the place. They weren't very professional. They pissed us off we will never go to them again. They don't show up, they couldn't find our place. They came out two years ago.

Once they arrived things moved pretty smoothly, they even noticed that they didn't need to remove all the insulation which should save us some from the bottom line. The crew did have a slight accident while doing the work where one of their feet slipped and there is a dent in the ceiling that will need to be repaired. Orkin has offered to pay for it once we get an estimate to get it fixed.

We have Orkin Pest Control out here once a month. They are efficient. Very quickly in and out and leave the bill, no hassle. They take care of any problems we may have. We started with them years ago when I was running a dog grooming service from the house and I didn't want the dog pests in my house. I really like them. We have been pleased with them. We don't have bugs, we don't have mice, we don't have termites. It's all good.

They were very thorough and they explained everything they were going to do. They explained what products they were going to use and how they were going to use them.
