Company did a fair job but hired a sub-contractor to put the siding on which we didn't like. The sub-contractor was in a big hurry to get the job done and we had to make them correct some mistakes because of the hurry to finish the job. The roof was done as scheduled and we were pleased with the job. The workers were there when they said they would be and worked as long as they were supossed to. However, shortly after they completed the joy they were impossible to contact about small details and we were told that they went out of business. As far as we know they are still out of business.

This is the first I have ever voiced a compliant on a public site but my experience with Creative Home Improvements disappointed me so badly that I feel the need to share to prevent others from being in this position. First of all the work that was agreed upon in the contract was not carried through. I was told the job would take 2 to 3 days, it took 8 days. The bathroom was to be fitted for handicapped access for my elderly mother. I was assured that Creative Home Improvements Int Mt Clave WV was well qualified in properly fitting bathrooms for handicap access. however, they installed a low sitting toilet which should have been higher for easier access and the grab-bar in the tub was installed too high for my mother to use therefore the so called improvements are of no benefit to my mother. In addition they left the worksite in a complete mess. It took an entire day to clean it up. Lastly the fixtures including toilet shower and sink were of very poor quality and were not what i had requested. I do not recommend this company to anyone It was poor craftsmanship at a very high cost.
