Description of Work: The air conditioning went out Sunday night. The blower kicked on, but the air was hot. I called Monday afternoon. They offered to still come out on the same day, but I wasn't going to be home. I asked for Tuesday around noon. Two guys showed up shortly after 12. They discovered a mouse had involuntarily removed itself from the gene pool by stretching itself across the terminals of the compressor's capacitor, killing the capacitor in the process. They removed the crispy critter, replaced the capacitor, cleaned the compressor, and checked the inside unit.

The company ordered a new tank and it didn't take long to install . I felt confident that I was getting quality work done and everything has been fine ever since. The plumber was nice and courteous and answered any question I had. I will definitely stay with Whipkey's for all my plumbing needs.

+ -1 moreHe thought about this for awhile. Then said stuff that's clogging falls down. If he went on roof, stuff would further clog the pipe bec. stuff falls down. So he went in basement to the clean out, ran snake up through there. Snaking up through basement pipe, the stuff fell down but didn't clog more. I hope you understand. This worked. The plumbing in the house is complicated. He figured everything out and unclogged my pipe. He didn't overcharge me. Thank God for someone honest these days. It took awhile, but something like this takes as much time as it takes. I knew he was trying to get it open for me and had to try several things before he came on the right solution. Whipkey's was recommended by my cousin. I would recommend this plumbing service as being skilled in their trade and not overcharging.
Description of Work: Clog in master bathroom had been worked on twice before, plumbers could not get it open, one said he would have to tear out the wall to find the clog. Tried to open with one snake, another bigger snake. But no go. Would he have to bring in an industrial-sized snake, go on the roof and ruj through the vent which was also clogged???? ut discovered whereabouts of clog. Instead of going on the roof to open the clog with an industrial size snake; he thought about it. Then came up with bright idea. Stuff that's clogin' falls down. So he went in basement and ran the snake up through the
