Description of Work: Hired to frame new house. 4-5 week time frame to finish. Spencer's quit after 4th week took 75% of the pay and completed 50% of the work. Am in the process of sueing for return of 25% of the payment I made

+ -1 moreThey are awesome. The price was reasonable. He was very honest and fair. He does the work on time. He realized that he had misquoted and then he honored the quote. They did a really good job. I had to make half payment upfront. He is very personable. I got a quote from AET for the same job and their quote was 4 weeks and twice as much Spencer’s. He noticed a couple of other minor things. He looks for things that were affecting my electrical system. I need to replace my water heater and I am going to call him back up to do that.
Description of Work: I used Spencer’s Contracting for electrical services. I had my electricals upgraded.
