+ 1 morePaul was a good help, had lots of knowledge. LoriAnn was also helpful, but not quite as knowledgeable. The gentleman who wrote up our bill seems scatterbrained and lacking in knowledge. also; asking Paul for every detail of a fairly popular piece. First delivery was made as promised, but when I called on the day of the second delivery, our house wasnt on their route list, even though it was clearly stated on the sales bill. We were still able to get our delivery later in the day, but with the carpet came a small infestation of ants. Killed twenty before deciding to fumigate before we had to move in.
Description of Work: Husband and I bought new Cherry Spice Hardwood Flooring and 3 rooms worth of carpetting. We have an installer friend, so all we needed from the company was the raw material delivered to the house
