When we told her that we had already found a house, she came and did a walk through with us do that she could give us her opinion and better know the situation. While we were deciding on a price with the seller, she kept in contact contact to let us know any updates. Afterwards, she prepared all documents and everything else which made our part very simple and stress free. Susie was very professional, but easy to talk to, knowledgable on Morgantown's and WV's housing market, and dedicated to her clients.
Description of Work: We found a house to buy then were put in contact with Susie. She assisted us in the bargaining of the price, setting up inspectors and the closing.

+ -1 moreMs. Batson was patient, professional, ethical, and informative. She was patient with my first-time-buyer nerves. Ms. Batson has a great deal of experience to draw on. If you are looking for a professional who is honest, she is the person. She has a great sense of professional propriety, and is willing to answer questions. I truly cannot recommend her highly enough! I was a slow buyer, who took some time to find the right property, and she showed great patience.
Description of Work: Ms. Batson served as my buyer's agent when I purchased my home. She assisted me in finding listings that suited my price range and area. She arranged viewings of properties, guided me through much of the required paperwork, made many helpful suggestions, and put forth great effort in making the transaction go smoothly. She worked quite hard to catch the many mistakes the seller's agent made during the transaction as well!
