Description of Work: Furnice was cycling on and off, Jimmy from Rexroad came out next day and cleaned a sensor and it was back in business

Description of Work: I set an apt in the 90 degree heat with Rexroad, because they were recommended by General Plumbing and Heating, because they carried my brand of parts. I waited 2 1/2 weeks for the apt. I called 2 days ahead to confirm the call and to AGAIN give a detailed explanation on what I needed. When the repairman arrived, (a Thursday) he looked at my air handler, and told my wife, "I am already on overtime for the day (This was a lie according to the owner) and this job will take some time, I'll have to reschedule you for next Tuesday. Mean while the forecast is for the 90's. I called the company today (Friday) and insisted that they make room for us in their schedule since we had waited our turn and there had been no attempt to even begin to diagnose our problem. I spent 30 min on the phone with the owner. He never took an ounce of blame or even offered a sympathetic word. Only insisted that I was being unreasonable and that I would accept the Tuesday apt or I could heir someone else.I chose (begrudgingly) to keep the apt so that I didn't go to the end of someone else's list and have to wait 2 more weeks. Only to have Melissa (the receptionist) call me two hours later and tell me they were not willing to come and work on my unit and that I should find someone else. Then when I challenged her on how bad their customer service was, she hung up on me.I can get very agitated in these situations, but I was never rude or personally attacking. I simply insisted on good customer service. Don't ever use Rexroad Heating and Cooling.
