Everything about this business experience was exceptional. From my First contact until delivery of the product I interacted with knowledgable, customer friendly professionals in the granite business. Their on site selection of granite slabs provided so many beauitful choices it was hard to narrow my selection. They measured a few days after I called to report the cabinents were installed and within a week they delivered the finished product to my door. t their installers were proficient and their installation and the granite itself was perfect. I give my total endorsement to this company!

You can't just go in their store and ask for price per square foot - you need to have the dimensions of the project and then they will have someone go out and measure and give you a quote. Seems like they charge a lot to cut each hole in a solid surface product. They have a nice selection of high quality surfaces - solid surface and granite. They guys that work there seem a little too laid back for my tastes. All in all, they are fine though, and we liked the end result.

We had a new house built and requested to the builder to have Preferred Surfaces install our granite countertop in our new home. Which they did. We had Preferred Surfaces install the grainte in our last home we remodeled and they did a great job. If you have a problem with it they come right out and fix the problem. Their customer service is great and I would recommend them to everyone. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the job.
