Precision Plus HVAC

Wouldn't let me leave 0 stars. Came out for estimate after a second phone call, said he lost my number. Look at system said he didn't know if he had one to fit the space. Looked at breaker box and made sad noises. Did not look at any room in the house. An electrician said our breaker box is able to handle the extra load. If you don't want to do the job just day so. Don't waste more of my time. Never heard from him after that. Of three contractors, two from this list, one showed. He wasn't on Angi's list.

Very good people. Very nice, super friendly, and knowledgeable about HVAC. They were on time for the estimate/installation and the price was great. The installation was done on the scheduled day, in a timely manner, and they took extra care to make sure that they kept my home clean while they worked. The work area inside the house and outside was cleaned up nicely before they left and they of course took the old equipment away.

IT WENT FANTASTIC. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A GROUP BE AS RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL AS PRECISION PLUS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE/EVERYONE.

My tenants were complaining of the A/C not getting cool enough. I called these guys and they were booked solid but found a way to squeeze me in within 3 days of my call. I really appreciated their attention to detail and keeping me up to speed on the situation at hand.

It went great! They came out within 24 hours, called to let me know they were running a few minutes behind, then diagnosed the issue within minutes!

JT diagnosed the problem quickly and explained that because the furnace was so old finding the replacement part would be difficult and time consuming. Because I had no heat, I opted to have him replace the furnace. He rearranged his schedule in order to install the new furnace as quickly as possible. I LOVE my new furnace! I have had Precision Plus complete other work for me prior to the furnace replacement and have always been happy with his work!

Would never use anyone else!!! They go out of their way to help if you're in a pinch for a/c or heat. They are always pleasant & professional...most of a they are HONEST. Hard to find these days!!!!

I don't think I can properly express how impressed we were with JT Marra, Melanie, and their technicians. We had four estimates (all major brands) and JT (Carrier) was, hands-down, the most professional, knowledgable, fair and customer-service oriented of all of them. Our home is older and has a retro-fitted 3-zone system that never worked properly. JT took the time to educate us on how the new system would work with the existing duct work and how he could help us solve some of the issues we were having. He is a true problem solver. The install went perfectly and communication with Melanie regarding scheduling and payment was very professional! Now that the system is installed, we couldn't be happier (or more comfortable). Thank you to all at Precision Plus HVAC! You will always have a loyal customer here.

They did a great job installing out new unit.

Precision Plus came out within a day of our calling them, and made the repair a couple of days later (they had to order one of the parts). Service was quick and professional. While the repair wasn't cheap, it was still a lot cheaper than having to install a whole new furnace! We really appreciated the company's not pressuring us to replace the unit.

IN 75 YEARS I HAVE NEVER MET ANYONE AS GOOD AT HIS JOB AS J.T. MARRA~! WHY HE DOESN'T HAVE 100 GOOD REVIEWS IS BEYOND ME! J.T. WAS THE SECOND HEATING CONTRACTOR FROM ANGIE'S LIST THAT I CALLED. THE FIRST GUY JUST LACKED KNOWLEDGE, OPTIONS, ETC. J.T. ON THE OTHER HAND, NOTICED IMMEDIATELY THAT MY DUCT WORK WAS NOT UP TO CODE, ALONG WITH THE GAS INTAKE & THE THERMOSTAT. HE TOTALLY TOOK MY OLD FURNACE APART BEFORE SAYING IT COULD NOT BE FIXED. HIS HONESTY, SINCERITY, KNOWLEDGE & WILLINGNESS TO PUT TWO OLD LADIES WHO LIVE IN A BIG, COLD HOUSE AT THE TOP OF HIS LIST FOR INSTALLATION WAS UNHEARD OF. THERE ARE TRULY NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS GOOD MAN AND THE A+++ QUALITY OF HIS WORK. IT IS ALWAYS HARD FOR SENIOR CITIZENS TO TRUST ANYONE WHO DOES WORK IN THEIR HOME. MEN LIKE J.T. MARRA ARE FEW AND HE WAS THE ANSWER TO OUR PRAYERS. PLEASE, BEFORE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT WITH ANYONE, CALL PRECISION PLUS HVAC FOR AN ESTIMATE~! ALSO, THERE WAS NO DOWN PAYMENT, AND HE TAKES CREDIT CARDS. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN TWO YEARS WE WILL HAVE A WARM HOME AND EVERY TIME THAT HEATER TURNS ON, WE WILL SAY A PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING FOR J.T. MARRA AND HIS WONDERFUL CREW!

JT is always available if we have an emergency. If it isn't an emergency, he will set up an appointment with me and he will be here. He does excellent work and is a very good communicator. You will know what the problem is and why it is occurring. He will always be first on our list for our heating and a/c needs. You can't go wrong using this young man!!!

Before replacing the furnace JT went to the rental property and tried to do a repair. He told us that due to the age and location of the furnace it is possible it is on the end of it's life (we had someone repair the furnace about a month before this but they didn't provide any feedback after the repair was complete). The renters called to let me know that they were going to be out of town and were concerned it might break while they were gone. JT made arrangements to be available in case an emergency arose while the renters were out of town (we had someone checking on the property daily due to the low temperatures and possibility of freezing pipes if it stopped working). As soon as the renters returned to town it stopped working and when given a very limited amount of time that would be convenient for the renters JT was able to move around some jobs to make sure the repair was done in a prompt fashion.
