Had to go through legal process to retrieve money

On March 10, I contacted Perry Electric for an estimate on gutter repairs. I was told someone would follow up with me the following day. I never heard anything for a week, and called again on March 17. They scheduled an appointment on the premises to view the work, and I met with them on March 19. I was told I would receive an estimate by email within 2 days. 2 weeks have passed, and I have yet to receive an estimate for the work. This provider is unprofessional and unresponsive. I would not recommend calling them for any repairs.

The quality of the the work completed was great. There were some issues with materials and estimates but these were worked out quickly by the company. Any work or material that was not satisfactory was corrected. The work was completed on time. The workers were professional and cleaned up each day.

They were very professional, timely and I have had no issues with their work. They were very friendly and professional and they knew what they were talking about.

They were professional. I'm disappointed they charged me time to go get supplies.

In early April I had someone from Perry Electric visit my home to take measurements to provide a cost estimate for an addition to my home. I was promised an estimate in a week. I heard nothing. So I called two weeks after they visited my house. I was told that they attempted to reach the city in which I live to find out what the set backs were and no one returned their call. They asked if I would call. Ok, I do not know what information is needed, but I will call. I did and had the answer that day. I called back with the needed information and was told I would have an estimate the next week. Two more weeks passed and I heard nothing. So I called again. Again, I was promised an estimate the next week. It is now June 10 and I’ve heard nothing. I do not know if they thought we could not afford the addition, which would be their mistake. We picked this company because of their reviews. But we will not be using them. I understand it’s my fault for not calling every week, but because we were waiting for them we missed the window for construction with other companies. We will now have to wait until next year for our addition.

Out standing. Recommended the correct equipment, worked on every problem I had.

Perry kept sending lazy, unskilled laborers who's work, in the end was embarrassing. What I couldn't fix myself, I had to pay others to do.

They were quick, thorough and cleaned up all debris after they were finished. We have not have a problem with ceiling leaks since.

I called for an estimate on a simple electrical job 3 weeks ago. I was contacted twice 3 days later, with two different company reps telling me a contractor would call to set up a time to meet. Ten days passed and nobody called. I called the company again six days ago, and was told again to wait for a contractor to call me. Still nothing. Very unprofessional.

Did almost nothing but charged a lot.

the company was exceptional in returning my phone call about arranging an appointment. they were professional and were quick to service areas that needed improvement. the price was fair. overall, i'm highly impressed with the service from this company.

Great service and prompt response, actually handles a lot of things over email. They respond to phone calls, came to appointment on time, were available right away, and very professional and courteous.

We received a prompt and fair quote from Perry Electric. They were able to start very quickly and proceeded to complete the work quickly. They spent maybe three weeks or so completing all of the work we asked for. They rewired much of our house from old knob and tube wiring. Employees and owner were professional, prompt, and very friendly. They responded quickly, and made all requested adjustments. I felt they did really good work, and was quite please with the quality of their work. While the price was expensive, you get what you pay for. I would recommend Perry Electric to others.

My experience with Perry Electric was good. They were efficient.

Service Tech was very professional, polite, and respectful. He cleaned up all papers/boxes, was very detailed in his inspection of work completed.

Only a quote was provided. No service was performed.

t.excellent: now I will see how my next request is? I need people who you can thrust to enter your house and not be able to monitor their doing the job. I felt as a senior citizen comfortable? will see how the next service is? this one will be more SSSSSS due to my emergency transfer switch and possibly a 10 K unit: go Jeff and Tim the boss.

He was courteous and cleaned up after the job. I was pleased with the overall service.

First of all their availability and responsiveness was great, (some electricians I called never even called back). They were able to come on the day that I was available. They were prompt and had the problem diagnosed and fixed with in an hour, even taking an extra step to replace the outlet to prevent the wire damage form happening again in a couple of months. I haven't seen the bill yet, so I cannot comment on price at this time.

They are awesome. I would highly recommend them. They are a general contractor. They have been excellent. They do so much that it is wild. They came in on a Thursday and had an estimate to us by Monday. They are great. There wasn't a huge wait time. Within a couple of weeks they were able to start on the job. We weren't waiting around for them. All their guys were really courteous. I told them today that I was going to put the kids down for a nap and they said they would go get some lunch to give them a chance to rest. They are very thoughtful, which I like. We would definitely use them again.

They did a really good job, the issue that I had with them was, they didn't send the bill, and the owner showed up at my house one day, and he asked me how things have gone, so I went ahead and paid him and then I told him i wanted an in-voice or a receipt. It was quite nice, the workers were great, but the owner coming was the only issue I had.

They were very good. I did get another estimate and they were within reason. They were efficient. The guy came and did it and he also hooked up a heater for me. They cleaned up after everything that they did and I had no problems with them.
