This company is staffed by professional and personable folks. We live near a meadow, so weeds are a huge problem for us. We contracted--at a very reasonable price--to have our rock garden spaces weeded and our house, retaining wall and house pressure-washed. The weeding crew hand-pulled all the weeds--no herbicides! The pressure washing work was so extraordinary that when our daughter came to visit, she asked if we had replaced the retaining wall. They went beyond the work they quoted and mowed and edged our yard "since we're here and we have the equipment with us". The crew was thorough and efficient. We highly recommend Mountain State Restoration for any of the types of work they do. We plan to contract with them for yard maintenance come spring.

He is punctual and he gets the job done quickly. He does not provide enough details of what he intends to do and especially lacks for anything in writing.

It was a different experience, not just power washing mold on siding they used a solution that just melts away all dirt, mold with mold spores and then rinses with no high-power washing that everyone else uses. I love it and it is perfect. Will use again and would highly recommend. Absolutely amazing. Thank you!!!!!!

If I could give a negative number I would! Hired company to clean carpets in FR, OFC, MBR and a closet, and upstairs hallway because I was putting my home on the market. After cleaning I asked about putting carpet protectors under my furniture and was told twice they were not necessary. The absence of these carpet protectors caused damage to my carpets which they could not get out. One of their suggested solutions was to take scissors and cut the stains out! When I refused they said they could order another product and would come back as soon as it came in to try to remove the stains. They promised if they could not stains out, they would pay for the carpet. After waiting months for their product to come in, they were no-shows twice even though I told them buyers were coming to inspect my home. They told me to just get an estimate and they would pay for the carpet. When preparing to move (moving furniture in the MBR and hallway), we discovered additional damage - same as downstairs, as well as rust stains under an antique chest that was on metal casters. They refused to even come to look at the additional damage even though I begged them to. Said they were too busy and just get an estimate. When I provided the estimate they turned me over to their insurance company and told me they hoped the insurance would **resolve things for you** as if they were no longer responsible for the problem!! The insurance rep told me they were not covered for damages caused by their work. The whole debacle interfered with closing, costing us added money. Cody/ Zane refuses to return calls. ***Update- I have settled with them through Home Advisor. I actually agreed to accept a fraction of what they owed me just to get it over with. Right to the end they were uncooperative and would not even send me a tracking number so that I could advise my neighbor (where the check was being mailed) when it would come. A neighbor had to sit around a day and a half waiting for it- COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY and SO INCONSIDERATE!

Polite ,courteous ,on time, and did a wonderful job on my tile floors and grout and pressure washing my whole house including my swimming pool cement deck.

If you are looking for carpet cleaning in the North central West Virginia area these are your guys! I have owned homes for 53 years and had many, many different companies do work for me. Mountain State restoration is in a class high above the rest. Got back with me immediately. Came and gave me a great price and did the work quickly! Cody was professional and even confirmed both visits by text! He also let me know when he was 10 to 15minutes from my house! If you are looking to have carpet cleaning done then do yourself a favor and give these guys a call. Donâ t waste your time with anyone else! Iâ m a huge fan of Mountain State Restoration!
