Would not help me find a diamond or help me secure one once I had found it. Horrible customer service and extra horrible professionalism.

I didn't have much money and was trying to find the right diamond to upgrade my wife's engagement ring and that would fit my budget. They told me over the phone that they would help me find a diamond in my budget and call me back in three days. They never did. I ended up ordering a diamond from a seller on the Internet and I took it to them to verify the quality and they were very sloppy with holding and looking at the diamond. They verified that it was a diamond by using a machine but told me to come back later when their dad was there to verify the color and clarity. After this, I didn't waste any more of my time with this shoddy business. Save yourself the time and hassle and go to Joyce's jewelry. They are eager to help you out and act professional.
