Description of Work: new shingled roof, including strip off old shingles and haul away. replaced 3 existing skylights and 1 new tube-type skylight. Within a few months got bugs in the tube skylight, called 3 times and on last call was told he would not entertain a call about that light again.

Description of Work: Kinsley Construction is absolutely amazing. We were new to the area and didn't know anyone to trust for a review. We turned to Angie's List and found Mike Kinsley and his crew. Mike came out promptly to do the initial inspection and appraisal. He kept in touch with me during the short about of time between the appraisal and the start of the job. His crew completely re-shingled and replaced parts of our mobile homes roof in one day. I cannot say enough good things about mike and his crew! We would use them again without hestitation in the future!

He did not take the job as he had several contracts to fulfill already, but he did give us some excellent advice on doing the work. |If we have any work in the future that he would do, we would certainly hire him. |

Description of Work: I have used Kinsley Cons since early 90's - first experience was roofing of my house - job completed in timely manner and clean up was outstanding - I have 4 skylights in sunroom - after a HARD rain noticed a bit of staining - Called company and they responded immediately correcting problem. Over years have used for numerous small jobs - always punctual and reasonable. In 2005, due to health issues, decided to add addition to house for one floor living - added lg BR, Bath, walk-in closet and laundry room with shelf and space enough for freezer. Had a dormer in upstairs BR - did not want to lose view - Mr Kinsley did a flat room in front of windows preserving view and covering with Rubber roof - new windows have lifetime replacement - have had a few problems, Mr Kinsley contacted dealer and had windows replaced immediately. Most recent experience was having a stone chimney -repaired - complete removal of old concrete and new caulking (?? or whatever it is called) and pointing of entire chimney - also checked entire roof and repaired any questionable spots. Mr. Kinsley is honest, punctual, competent and reliable. Will always use and have referred to friends who were pleased. Mr Kinsley stands behind his work, coming long time after completion if a problem arise. HIGHLY recommend,
