I would highly recommend Kinsley Construction for their excellent work . They were very professional and pleasant to have around. They knew what they were doing and were very good workers. If you want a job well done I would definitely hire them!

Mr. Kinsley was initially very responsive and an extremely nice man. His company is very small and at the initial estimate, he indicated that a coworker had a medical condition and that it might be some time before he could get to my work. He suggested that I take a couple of weeks to determine if I wanted him to do the work. After two weeks, I contacted him and accepted his bid as he was by far the nicest person to come and speak with me. He advised it would be around 2 months before he could get to the work, which was no problem. I prefer working with a nice person, so I waited. One week before he was to come, he called to confirm the date. I asked if it could be moved one day and he said it had been scheduled, so I said it was no problem. On the day which it 'was scheduled' and could not be changed, after waiting two months - he did not show up. About two weeks later i got a call from him and communications had been crossed. Update: Rear storm door not installed properly and was not corrected after an additional attempt. Roof on front of home began leaking in the same place. 'Rebuild' of door area not completed as discussed, not to code. All of these items had to be redone.

Mike was very professional, courteous, creative, and price was exceptional. He had to come up with a few creative ways to complete the kennels and get all in specific area. He went above the call of duty and put in additional security, created better system to bolt to wall and floor. His helper Tim was great and very professional. Mike answered all my text and phone call in a timely manor. He didn't charge to come give an estimate. I plan for him to come out and do several more projects with me.

Was polite, prompt and responsive. Would definitely recommend this contractor and will use them in the future.

These guys were fantastic! He gave us a quote for free (a discount from Angie's list) and was the lowest price. He showed up on time every morning and was very respectful of letting us out of the driveway to go to work and not blocking our exit. We have a dog that he was very mindful of while working making sure when he escaped his dog run connected to our house that he was carefully put back. They finished the job in less than a week despite the rain which was record fast considering the size and repair needs of our roof. I will recommend his services to my friends and family and will use them again possibly to build our new home in the future.

It went well; on time; cleaned up after themselves. Will call them back for other jobs. I was totally pleased.

Very good quality, but job took 4-times longer than we were told. Poor clean up when they were finished & much effort on our part to restore landscaping.

Buying a new home with a bad roof, we had a lot of needs that required flexibility and understanding. Mr Kinsley responded quickly to all requests and maintained flexibility and understanding that you just can't seem to find anymore. We obtained quotes from three businesses and were pleased to find Kinsley Constructions had the lowest price. The work was done on time. (Due to bank requirements we actually had to ask them to adhere to a deadline). Clean up was extraordinary. They even agreed to change our skylight on short notice with no hassle. Will use again for work inside the house and would highly recommend without reservation for all roofing needs!

Kinsley Construction Inc. is wonderful, absolutely wonderful. Their work is gorgeous. The tile was a special tile that is harder to use and they really did an outstanding job. You could always communicate with them. They called me when they were going to just be like an hour late, which I'm not use to seeing. They were very conscientious. They're very good. Their pricing is very fair. They're prompt. They'll be there when they say they're going to be there. If they find something out of the ordinary, they tell you and discuss it with you. You can explore the options. It's the communication; they're talking to you about what they're doing and explain what they're doing and they explain what they've done.

He did an estimate. We negotiated a price ceiling. He beat that by 60 bucks....work was done on time and as promised.

I was pleased with the service. It was the owner who came out. He was very knowledgeable.

Mike and Doug Kinsley finished our basement . The project took close to two months from beginning to end but we were not in a rush to get it done. The job included removing a framed load bearing wall and replacing it with an adequate support beam to open up one side of the basement for a tv room. They framed, insulated and dry walled all the walls. They did all of the electrical work including installation of wiring for surround sound speaker system. Doug installed small LED lights on our basement steps for that 'movie theater' effect. They installed a suspended ceiling d/t certain lines and duct work that may need to be accessed in the future. Installed a stair railing with spindles matching the railing on our first floor. They also installed a 3 piece bathroom (commode, vanity and shower) and installed a dry-bar with upper and lower cabinets. We chose to do the bathroom tile ourselves and the carpet was installed by an outside company. The Kinsley brothers worked very well with us as far as letting us pick out finishes, cabinets, wall colors, etc. They were very kind to us and always professional. They always asked our opinion before just going ahead and doing something. They have a small crew of men who work with them. Usually it was the same people each day and they were all very polite and paid close attention to keeping things cleaned up and the basement door closed for the safety of our small daughter. We are extremely happy with the finished product and would definitely use them again!
