+ -1 moreI have called a few times to get a person to come and repair the unit. Finally it quit working all together. I called and they no longer service geothermal equipment. Felt that I was sold a bill of goods and left hanging. They should keep technicians that are qualified if they are going to sell the equipment to begin with!!!
Description of Work: The geothermal unit that they installed in 2012 needed repair.

+ -1 moreThe work was alright, they did a reasonable job but we needed a major replacement on our unit and the man was supposed to come out but they said they will call us to confirm but they didn't call, they left us hanging.
Description of Work: They flushed our wells, done some general maintenance and fixed some things on our unit.
