We recently purchased a new (for us) home. The furnace started making a very strange sound. We called our home warranty company and they sent JMD Corporation. They had the problem fixed in no time. Great service!

I called on a Tuesday about my AC blowing hot air and the fan on my outside unit fan not rotating. A technician was sent on Wednesday that looked over the system which had started working again and said everything was fine. Wednesday night the same thing happened. I called early Thursday morning and they had someone here that afternoon. The technician turned everything on and found that a relay was sticking on the inside unit. He cleaned both the A coil and the outside unit. Friday afternoon the AC started blowing hot air again. I then went to their office which is just blocks away from me and explained what was going on. Within an hour I had a technician at my house who checked everything and found the fan motor on the outside unit was going bad. He was able to replace it. The AC has worked fine through the weekend and Monday. While it took several days to diagnose my problem I am satisfied with the work and professionalism of the Jackson Team. I had used them before and would use them again in the future.

They didn't show up for two appointments. We have tried to use them in the past and they didn't show up. When they do actually show up, they do good work.

Service was great - particularly liked the interactions with the person that came to the house. The problem was diagnosed quickly and was explained well. I was particularly impressed with the offer of the space heaters until they could get the part. I would use them again!

The employees were on time, polite, totally professional. No mess for me to clean up. They went to extremes to make sure I was satisfied before departing.

Made an appointment for an estimate, however the Field Engineer was several hours late without notification. Had a great discussion on a new heating system, waited for weeks on an estimate. Gave up and went elsewhere.

This heating company was contacted 3 times beginning in August to install a central generator for a private residence. Appointments for estimates were scheduled twice before someone showed up. Installation was supposed to take place on 3 given dates - they did not show up. Each time they were contacted, there was some lame excuse as to why they did not show up. What makes is worse is that the unit was for a home with 2 elderly people who need 24 hour care AND Hurricane Sandy hit the area with over 12 inches of snow. The power was lost and now the caregivers not only have to care for 2 elderly residents but worry about manning a generator!!!!

They came out three times to fix the problem, but we did not pay anything. We have always liked their service. They are on time and clean. They explain what they are doing and why.
